GLOOMY GIN SOUR

A Gin Sour featuring Goeie Mie gin is a harmonious blend of this premium gin’s botanical complexity with the zesty brightness of fresh citrus and a touch of sweetness. 

MAKE & SHAKE

Ingredients: 50ML Goeie Mie gin, 30ML Lemon juice (from 1 lemon), 15ML simple syrup, for foaming half an egg white or a vegan foamer like Foamee

Mix: use a shaker, fill with a lot of ice, add the gin, lemon juice, syrup and foamer and shake well. Pour with the strainer and fine strainer

Glass: coupe or small tumbler
