Have you always been curious about distilling and flavors, and do you dream of creating your own special gin or vodka?

In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll learn everything there is to know about distilling, flavors, and history. We’ll start with the True Tales tasting to get inspiration for your own gin. You’ll create your own recipe by carefully selecting and measuring our fresh botanicals.

Afterward, it’s time to distill! In our mini pot-still, you’ll add the botanicals to our grain alcohol, heat it up, and watch your gin flow from the kettle – all while minding the temperature and cooling device for a perfect balance of flavors. And of course, you’ll be sipping one of our special True Tales cocktales as you go.
